We are now accepting applications for enrollment! Applied Behavior Center for Autism offers year-round open enrollment and an 8-week summer program. The summer session is a great opportunity for skill acquisition, functional communication programming as well as behavior management strategies and much more! If you do not participate in the year-round program and are curious about an intensive ABA program, summer is a great introduction to ABC!

Prior to completing the enrollment forms you must take the following steps:
Step 1: Please contact your insurance company and confirm that ABA coverage is part of your plan.
Step 2: If your plan offers ABA coverage, your insurance carrier may/will require a diagnosis report. If so, please obtain a diagnosis report for your child if you don’t already have one. A copy of this report is required to be submitted for insurance approval.
PLEASE NOTE, NOT FOLLOWING THESE STEPS WILL DELAY THE PROCESS WITH YOUR INSURANCE FOR APPROVAL.
Once you have completed the above steps, then you should download and complete the appropriate intake form below to begin the enrollment process. PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT FORMS WITHOUT COMPLETING THE STEPS ABOVE – THIS WILL ENSURE A QUICKER INSURANCE APPROVAL PROCESS. Unfortunately, insurance today is a challenge and constantly changing. Having all the necessary documentation up front means we can get you enrolled quickly. Thank you!
Locations: Applied Behavior Center has three convenient locations in Orlando / Central Florida: Longwood, Oviedo and Winter Garden.
Tours & Getting Started
If you are interested in enrollment please completely fill out the 2-page intake form and submit it to the administrative offices. Once your paperwork is submitted, the insurance coordinator will verify your benefits (if you will be utilizing insurance as a form of tuition payment) and contact you after to set a tour. If you do not intend on using insurance, the 2-page intake form will also be requested prior to tour confirmation. Insurance verification may take up to 5 to 10 business days.
If you will not be utilizing medical insurance please call for the first available tour date.
Center tours will consist of the following:
- A detailed description of our program and curriculum
- Tour packet with complimentary book
- Question and answer session
Make A Tour Appointment:
- Application processing fee: $100.00 (one-time, non-refundable fee)
- Material Fee: $500.00 (annually, non-refundable)

- McKay Scholarships are available for eligible students
- To make tuition payments easier for families, Applied Behavior Center for Autism will provide families with a payment plan option through Tuition Management Systems.

Notes About Enrollment
Open enrollment is not an indication of current openings available. Availability is based upon: insurance verification, *appropriate placement, age-appropriateness and staffing. Placement will be discussed during initial meeting with program director. Please note the enrollment process can take up to six weeks. It is strongly suggested that your child be present during tour. If your child is 8 or older, they must be present.
*Placement within the program is based upon appropriate peer matching if selecting a 1:2 group. Placement includes the consideration of some of the following: age, independent functioning, communication skills, self-care skills, and behavioral concerns.
